2021 Cancellation Policy – (Excluding July 4th Holiday Reservations)
Cancellations for all camping reservations made at least 7 days prior to arrival date will be refunded the deposit less a $25 cancellation fee. Guests who chose to “bank” their deposits may cancel up to 72 hours prior to arrival and re-apply the deposit to a new reservation made within the 2021 camping season. * In the past, deposits were non-refundable, but due to Covid-19, we have adjusted our policy for the current situation.
No Show Policy – Any guests that have not shown up 24 hours after their scheduled arrival date, and have not made prior arrangements with our staff, will be considered a no show and forfeit their deposit.
A one night deposit is required on all online reservations. An additional $5 non-refundable service fee is applied to online reservations. There is a two (2) night minimum reservation requirement on all weekends (Friday and Saturday nights) and a three (3) night minimum reservation requirement on Major Holidays (Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day) weekends. July 4th requires a 3 night minimum non-refundable deposit
During normal camping season (May 15th thru close-Oct) our friendly staff is available to personally assist you in making your upcoming reservations if online booking isn’t your thing. YES, that’s right, you get to speak to a real live person and request specific sites (this is the ideal time for larger groups or reunions to plan ahead for the upcoming year). A one night, non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking.
Deposits DO NOT include taxes and extra person fees
If you are reserving as part of a group please indicate the names of all other families in your party in the “notes” area on the reservation form. We will try to keep all members of the party as close together as possible, given the park’s availability at the time of your booking and the site types chosen by your group.
