Deposits, Cancellations, and Terms

Cancellation Policy

(Excluding July 4th Holiday Reservations)

NEW 2022:   No refunds on or after arrival. Cancellations for all camping reservations must be made at least 7 days prior to the arrival date and will be refunded in the form in which it was paid, less a charge of one night stay.  Guests are given the option to “Bank” their deposit and reschedule for another date within the same camping season. Reservations cancelled less than 1 week prior to arrival will forfeit the entire balance paid.


No Show/Weather Policy – Any guests that have not shown up 24 hours after their scheduled arrival date, and have not made prior arrangements with our staff, will be considered a no show and forfeit their deposit. NO refunds for weather conditions or voluntary departure.

Online Reservations

A one night, non-refundable deposit is required on all online reservations. An additional $5 non-refundable service fee is applied to online reservations. There is a two (2) night minimum reservation requirement on all weekends (Friday and Saturday nights) and a three (3) night minimum reservation requirement on Major Holidays (Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day) weekends. July 4th requires a 3 night minimum non-refundable deposit

In-House Reservations

During normal camping season (May 15th thru close-Oct) our friendly staff is available to personally assist you in making your upcoming reservations if online booking isn’t your thing. YES, that’s right, you get to speak to a real live person and request specific sites (this is the ideal time for larger groups or reunions to plan ahead for the upcoming year). A one night, non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking.

Deposits DO NOT include taxes and extra person fees



Group Reservations

If you are reserving as part of a group please indicate the names of all other families in your party in the “notes” area on the reservation form. We will try to keep all members of the party as close together as possible, given the park’s availability at the time of your booking and the site types chosen by your group.



If you need to cancel your reservation, please call (970) 627-8502 before the deadlines listed below. Excluding July 4th, deposits may be transferred to a new reservation date ONE time only during the same camping season (based on availability).

Camping Cabins: 7 day cancellation notice is required. Pet fee of $10/pet/night. *Cabins 13 & 14 do NOT allow pets.

RV & Tent sites: 7 day cancellation notice is required.

Holiday & Special Events: 2 week cancellation required. Three (3) night minimum stay.

July 4th Holiday (Exception) - This is a PRE-PAID 3 night Holiday. Non-refundable or transferable. Any cancelled reservation will result in the loss of the FULL three (3) night deposit.

Long Term/Seasonal sites: reservations require a non-refundable $200 deposit.

Large group cancellations require a 2 week cancellation notice.

Pricing is based on double occupancy (2 people) on all sites. Additional guests are $6.00 per person/per night. Children 5 and under are free. Max of 5 people total on any RV site, 4 people on tent sites and a max of 5 in the Tipi. Cabins have a maximum capacity of 4 people (children included).


Only ONE type of camping unit and one vehicle per site. (Additional parking upon request)


Reservations not checked in by 11 am FOLLOWING your scheduled arrival date will be released without refund. No refunds for early checkout/weather.
